Job Summary

Responsibilities
Develop and implement engaging recreational activities, including sports, arts, theater, and educational games that promote physical activity and creativity.
Manage classroom behavior effectively using proven behavior management techniques to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment.
Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring safety at all times through vigilant classroom management.
Provide first aid when necessary, maintaining a safe setting for all children.
Support children with special education needs by adapting activities and providing individualized assistance as needed.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through clear communication and compassionate care.
Coordinate with camp staff or daycare teams to ensure seamless program delivery and adherence to childhood development standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience working with children in settings such as daycare, camp, or tutoring.
Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
Skilled in classroom management, behavior management, and child safety procedures.
Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Experience with special education or teaching children with diverse needs is a plus.
Ability to lead recreational activities including sports coaching, theater productions, or other extracurricular programs.
