Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate children's progress and address individual needs.
Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques when necessary.
Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of all children in accordance with child welfare standards.
Maintain accurate records related to children's development, assessments, and standardized testing results.
Support classroom organization, including materials preparation and maintaining a clean learning environment.
Participate in ongoing professional development related to early childhood education, literacy, STEM activities, and classroom management.
Skills
Strong knowledge of childhood development theories and practices.
Experience with curriculum development across various subjects including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
Proven classroom management skills with the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
Experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings; familiarity with toddler care is a plus.
Ability to implement behavior management strategies effectively.

Ability to adapt lessons for diverse learners including those requiring additional support or accommodations.
