Responsibilities

Manage classroom activities effectively through strong classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
Assess children’s developmental progress regularly using standardized testing tools and provide feedback to parents and caregivers.
Collaborate with families to support children’s welfare, address individual needs, and foster open communication about progress and challenges.
Supervise assistant teachers and support staff while maintaining high standards of childcare, toddler care, and preschool experience.
Skills
Extensive knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention techniques.
Proven experience with curriculum development across various subjects such as literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
Strong classroom management skills combined with effective behavior management strategies.
Ability to work with children of different ages, including toddlers and preschoolers, in both daycare and private school settings.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners.
Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring techniques to support individual learning goals.
