Job Description
Create and lead developmentally appropriate, engaging learning experiences that honor each child’s culture, background, abilities, and unique learning pace.
Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and developmental growth of infants and toddlers.
Support and help carry out Child Service Plans for children with diagnosed disabilities, working closely with leadership and families.
Partner with families by encouraging parent involvement, sharing developmental insights, and supporting parents as their child’s first and most important teacher.
Collaborate with a positive, team-focused staff committed to high-quality early childhood education.
High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
A team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
A genuine passion for working with infants and toddlers.
Willingness to learn and follow ODJFS regulations, company policies, and curriculum.
Commitment to professional growth — we provide expert in-house training to ensure confidence using the Ohio Early Learning and Development Standards (ELDS).
