The Infant Lead Teacher plays a key role in nurturing and supporting the growth and development of our youngest learners. This position is responsible for creating a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where infants can thrive physically, emotionally, and socially. The Infant Lead Teacher plans developmentally appropriate activities, builds strong relationships with families, and collaborates with staff to provide high-quality, responsive care aligned with best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements
Experience working with students or children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and parents.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
Knowledge of childcare best practices and child development principles is preferred.
