Lead Toddler Teacher

About the Role

Childcare Solutions Consulting Company is seeking a caring and dependable Lead Toddler Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where toddlers can explore, develop independence, and build important early learning and social-emotional skills. This role leads the classroom while supporting each child’s individual development and building positive partnerships with families.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support each child’s individual needs, abilities, and learning pace.

• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom that encourages exploration, independence, and positive social interactions.

• Support children’s social-emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development through intentional learning and daily routines.

• Support individualized Child Service Plans for children with identified developmental needs or disabilities.

• Build strong relationships with families and communicate regularly about children’s development and classroom experiences.

• Lead classroom routines and collaborate with other teachers to provide consistent, high-quality care and education.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Genuine passion for working with toddlers and supporting early childhood development.

• Caring, patient, dependable, and responsive to individual children’s needs.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

• Willingness to learn and follow Ohio childcare licensing requirements, CSCC policies, curriculum, and the Ohio Early Learning and Development Standards (ELDS).

• Commitment to required training, ongoing professional development, and continued growth as an early childhood educator.
