About the Role
Childcare Solutions Consulting Company is seeking a passionate and dependable Lead Preschool Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging classroom where young children can learn, explore, and grow. This role leads the preschool classroom, implements developmentally appropriate curriculum, supports each child’s individual development, and builds positive partnerships with families.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons that support literacy, math, social-emotional learning, and overall child development.
Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive interactions.
Observe and assess children’s progress and adapt learning experiences to meet individual needs.
Use positive classroom and behavior-management strategies to support children’s social-emotional development.
Communicate regularly with families about children’s development, progress, and individual needs.
Lead classroom routines and collaborate with assistant teachers and support staff to provide consistent, high-quality care and education.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience teaching in a preschool or early childhood setting.
Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate teaching practices.
Experience with lesson planning, curriculum implementation, and child assessment.
Strong classroom management and positive behavior-support skills.
Ability to support children with different learning styles, abilities, and developmental needs.
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills with a passion for helping young children succeed.
