About the Role
Childcare Solutions Consulting Company is seeking a nurturing and dependable Lead Infant Teacher to support the growth and development of our youngest learners. This role creates a safe, loving, and engaging environment where infants can thrive while providing responsive care and building strong relationships with families.
Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive, nurturing care and maintain a safe, engaging infant classroom.
Plan developmentally appropriate activities that support infants’ physical, social, emotional, and early learning development.
Observe children’s progress and adapt activities and experiences to meet individual needs.
Build positive relationships with families and communicate regularly about their child’s development and progress.
Lead daily classroom routines and collaborate with other teachers to provide consistent, high-quality care.
What We're Looking For
Experience working with infants or young children in a childcare or educational setting.
Understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate childcare practices.
Caring, patient, dependable, and responsive to the individual needs of infants.
Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with families.
Ability to plan engaging learning experiences and effectively lead the infant classroom.
Collaborative, team-oriented approach and commitment to providing high-quality care.
