This role supports each child’s individual development while building positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning activities that support each child’s individual needs and learning style.
Maintain a safe, welcoming classroom environment that promotes healthy development and positive social interactions.
Support individualized service plans for children with identified developmental needs or disabilities.
Partner with families to encourage involvement and support children’s learning and development.
Follow curriculum, licensing requirements, and CSCC policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Caring, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality care for children.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
Willingness to learn Ohio childcare licensing requirements, company policies, and curriculum expectations.
Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
