About the Role
Childcare Solutions Consulting Company is seeking an experienced Education Director to strengthen instructional quality across our childcare programs. This role supports curriculum implementation, teacher development, classroom quality, and student progress while helping educators grow into confident, effective teachers.
Key Responsibilities
Support curriculum implementation, lesson planning, and developmentally appropriate classroom practices.
Observe, coach, and provide constructive feedback to teaching staff.
Support student assessments and use classroom data to guide instructional improvement.
Lead teacher onboarding, training, professional development, and ongoing coaching.
Strengthen classroom environments, routines, behavior supports, and overall educational quality.
Collaborate with center leadership and coaches to continuously improve classroom performance.
What We're Looking For
Experience in childcare, early childhood education, curriculum, or educational leadership.
Experience coaching, mentoring, or training teachers strongly preferred.
Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and help teachers continuously improve.
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
