About the Role
Childcare Solutions Consulting Company is seeking an experienced Compliance Director to help ensure our childcare centers meet licensing, quality, health and safety, and company standards. This role partners with center leadership to maintain compliant, consistent, high-quality operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor compliance with childcare licensing, SUTQ, CACFP, and company standards.
Review records and required documentation for accuracy and completion.
Conduct compliance reviews and support corrective action when needed.
Support center leaders with regulatory requirements, health and safety, and operational standards.
Assist with licensing visits, inspections, audits, and quality assurance.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of childcare or early childhood program experience.
Experience in childcare administration, compliance, licensing, or supervision.
Knowledge of Ohio childcare licensing and SUTQ requirements.
Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
Ability to identify concerns, solve problems, and support multiple center locations.
